Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and to lead the strategic evolution of client programs. You will drive daily recruitment activities, measure progress against KPIs, and develop collaborative relationships to position teams for ongoing success.

You will grow and retain accounts, price and sell services, and build industry knowledge to deliver client-centric value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain effective relationships with client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time-to-fill, and high NPS scores.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary, perm placements).
• Develop knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and competition.
