Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and lead the strategic, long-term evolution of client accounts. You will align with the client’s objectives, oversee daily recruitment activities, and ensure performance against KPIs and SLAs.

In this role you will grow and retain accounts, build trusted relationships with HR and operations, present quarterly reviews, and participate in demand planning and service pricing while driving

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in elevating customer satisfaction and managing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and develop relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels through surveys and business reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to leadership (QBR/QPR).
• Price and sell staffing services including conversions and temp/perm placements.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time to fill, and NPS scores.
• Know target industries, roles, market share, and competition to articulate value.
