Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and to align with the client's business objectives. This role drives the strategic, long-term evolution of the client program, oversees recruitment/fulfillment, and ensures performance against KPIs and SLAs.

You will build relationships with HR and Operations, maintain high client satisfaction, and price and sell services including temporary and permanent placements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction and working relationships with colleagues/management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing strong relationships with key client contacts.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services, including conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.
• Lead recruitment teams and manage daily fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
