Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and lead the strategic evolution of the client partnership. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, monitor KPI performance, and position teams for ongoing success.

In this role, you will grow and retain accounts, build strong client relationships, price and sell staffing services, and drive improvements across processes to meet client expectations and contract terms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in service provider/people management roles.
• Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and expanding accounts.
• Experience managing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels and functions.
• Knowledge of KPIs/SLAs and ability to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews.
• Develop industry networks and participate in professional associations.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leaders.
• Price and sell staffing services (temporary and permanent placements).
• Drive innovation in processes, policies, and procedures while meeting KPIs/SLAs.
• Understand client staffing needs and align with Adecco’s service portfolio.
• Act as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Ensure all client requirements and contracts are fulfilled according to SLAs.
• Gain understanding of TOM and leverage it to strengthen client relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
