Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact and ensure the strategic, long‑term evolution of our client programs. You will direct daily recruitment activities, measure performance against KPIs, and foster strong partnerships with client stakeholders to drive growth and retention.

You will lead recruitment teams, price and sell services when appropriate, and ensure adherence to policies and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a related role.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and delivery against KPIs.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for queries.
• Oversee daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with client HR and operations teams.
• Present quarterly business reviews to senior client leadership.
• Drive client satisfaction and retention while optimizing fill rates and time-to-fill.
• Represent Adecco as a brand ambassador and support thought leadership initiatives.
