Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by building strong client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts and participate in professional associations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and permanent placement.
• Develop knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and market competition.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and drive process improvements.
• Gain understanding of client business, staffing needs, and program expectations.
• Escalate client issues to Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR managers as needed.
• Ensure all client requirements align with SLAs and credit guidelines.
• Collaborate to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
