Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact and lead strategic evolution of client programs. You will align recruitment activities with client goals, drive performance against KPIs, and position teams for ongoing success.

You will manage relationships with key client stakeholders, retain accounts, price and sell staffing services, and ensure high NPS scores while meeting SLA targets across the program.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship and account management experience.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Proficient in MS Office and business communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services (temporary and permanent placements).
• Manage recruitment fulfillment and time-to-fill metrics.
• Ensure SLAs and contractual requirements are met.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and drive client-centric service.
