Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and the escalation point for client questions. You will drive the strategic, long‑term evolution of the client program, oversee daily recruitment activities, and lead performance reviews.

You will price and sell staffing services, foster relationships with HR and operations, and work to retain and grow key accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Lead recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, Operations, Procure ment and other client contacts.
• Prepare regular business reviews for client leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services including temp and perm placements.
• Manage and grow existing accounts and retain clients while maximizing fill rate.
