Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for full-time day shifts in Mesa, AZ. You will be on-site at one or more job sites, handling worker registration, badging, parking, and logs while supporting customers and team members to ensure security and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of high‑intensity customer service experience, the ability to follow SOPs in English, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to daily operations with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail oriented with prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Follow SOPs in English; communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to handle complex challenges beyond assigned tasks.
• Proactive about taking on more responsibilities to serve customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and personnel headcounts kept.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with special access control needs as required.
