Job summary

SITEMETRIC LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field-based team in Louisa, VA. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries to ensure site security and smooth operations on customer construction sites.

The role requires constant professionalism, proactive problem-solving, and willingness to work shift-based schedules with travel across the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility for customer and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and upholding site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges scanned and headcount records maintained.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with one-time and ongoing access control needs.
