Amtec Staffing is seeking a Badging Access Specialist for an on-site construction/industrial environment in Warrenton, Missouri. You will register workers, issue site badges, verify credentials, and maintain accurate records to keep the site secure and compliant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience with site access or badging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register workers and issue/manage site badges.
• Verify credentials and ensure personnel have proper site access.
• Monitor badge scanning and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Support workers and customers with registration and access questions.
• Troubleshoot basic technology or badging issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Assist with general administrative and onsite support tasks as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to maintain site security and compliance.
