• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status, delays, and completed services
• Upsell recommended maintenance services and additional repairs as needed
• Coordinate workflow between service advisors, technicians, and parts department
• Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate service records

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional, positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
