Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3 years of experience.
• Specific experience in recruitment, student retention, or higher education.
• Minimum of 2–3 years on a recruitment/retention team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Student Success Coaches and Team Leads and set performance goals.
• Use Salesforce to track metrics and report to the Director.
• Provide training on processes and systems (CRM, SIS) and coach team members.
• Collaborate with IT to improve technology infrastructure.
• Other duties as assigned.
