Job summary

Boundless Learning is seeking a highly organized Student Success Advisor to support online learners across North America. You will manage a caseload, deliver exceptional student service, and promote program completion while leveraging Salesforce CRM and collaborative teamwork.

You will engage with students daily, build relationships, and guide them through enrollment to graduation, maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates in a dynamic higher-education environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Experience building relationships with customers/students and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with customer/student centric processes and support levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT Systems.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt response rates and proactive outbound communication via phone, email, and SMS.
• Achieve personal student retention targets and support overall enrollment goals.
• Identify at‑risk students and provide effective interventions to promote timely graduation.
• Re‑engage students taking breaks to maintain engagement in online study.
• Maintain knowledge of curriculum and university policies to assist students effectively.
• Welcome new students and build rapport for successful program progression.
• Develop relationships across the Student Success team to ensure high service standards.
• Document student interactions in Salesforce CRM accurately for progress tracking.
