Job summary

Boundless Learning is seeking a highly organized Student Success Advisor to deliver exceptional student support and drive retention across our online programs. You will act as an extension of our university partners, coaching students from enrollment through graduation and building lasting relationships with a diverse, nationwide student base.

Based in an office in the United States (Orlando, FL) with occasional cross-office collaboration, you’ll maintain accurate records in Salesforce,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer or student success roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt responses via phone, email, and SMS.
• Achieve student retention targets.
• Promote continuous study and timely graduation.
• Re-engage students taking a break.
• Develop knowledge of curriculum areas and university policies.
• Welcome new students and build rapport.
• Maintain detailed student records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the North American Student Success team.
