Job summary

Louisiana State University Online Recruitment is seeking an Enrollment Coach to act as the primary contact for prospective online learners. You will engage prospects across multiple channels, respond promptly, and guide applicants through the admissions and enrollment process.

The role requires collaboration with Student Success Coaches, Enrollment Coordinators, and other LSU Online teams to meet enrollment goals and deliver excellent learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in online student recruitment or admissions is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for prospective online learners and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
• Maintain targeted response times and accuracy using multiple channels.
• Track recruitment and admission progress using CRM, SIS, and other systems.
• Coordinate with admissions, enrollment teams, and other departments to facilitate logistics for online prospects.
• Meet daily outreach metrics and own prospective student records from inquiry to registration and enrollment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and provide feedback to peers.
