Job summary

ShopRite of Ramsey is seeking an Online Shopping Manager to direct the Online Shopping Department and its associates in Ramsey, NJ. You will drive sales, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold customer experience standards under the Store Manager's supervision.

Responsibilities include staff onboarding, training, and performance feedback, maintaining accurate pricing and displays, and coordinating department operations to meet goals. This role emphasizes teamwork and exemplary service.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts
• Ability to use basic computer functions
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Ability to work with fresh, dried, or processed products
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Ability to lead and motivate associates

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Online Shopping Department and its associates to meet department goals
• Uphold ShopRite safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of department staff
• Maintain accurate pricing, shelf placement, and inventory control
• Ensure customer experience and engagement through friendly service and efficient operations
• Monitor staffing levels to align with sales and service targets
