Job summary

ShopRite is seeking an Online Shopping Manager for the Inserra NJ location. You will direct the Online Shopping Department, oversee associates, and drive sales, customer experience, and engagement in the department.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining safety standards, ensuring product availability, and collaborating with store leadership to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret and understand the English language.
• Basic math skills for transactions and reporting.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift and lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate basic computer functions and software used in online shopping.
• Ability to lead and engage associates to meet department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Online Shopping Department to achieve sales and customer experience goals.
• Lead and train department associates, provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and effective displays.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
