Job summary

Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring accurate pricing and product availability, and maintaining efficient department operations in a busy retail setting at ShopRite in West Milford, NJ.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English and perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on occasion and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Online Shopping Department to meet goals.
• Lead and train Associates to achieve department priorities and sales targets.
• Ensure safety, presentation, efficiency and customer experience standards are met.
