Job summary

ShopRite of West Caldwell is seeking an Online Shopping Manager to direct and supervise all activities of the Online Shopping Department, aiming to maximize sales, profit, and customer experience under the guidance of store leadership. You will lead and train Associates, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain department operations and presentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and the ability to manage diverse tasks across safety, efficiency, and customer service priorities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English and analyze information.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Stand/walk for full shifts.
• Basic computer operations and store systems.
• Capability to lift up to 60 lbs and work with products.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and environments.
• Lead and engage Associates to meet department goals.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Online Shopping Department activities.
• Aim for sales, profit, customer experience, and engagement goals.
• Supervise safety policies and equipment usage.
• Onboard, train, and develop department Associates.
• Maintain department appearance and accurate pricing/stock.
• Ensure efficient staffing and scheduling to meet needs.
