Job summary

ShopRite of Emerson is seeking an Online Shopping Manager to direct the Online Shopping Department and its associates, driving sales, customer experience, and engagement within the Emerson store. Reporting to Store Manager, this role requires leadership, training, and adherence to safety and company priorities.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, staffing, and ensuring accurate pricing, displays, and product availability while maintaining pleasant customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications include reading, writing, and basic math.
• Ability to stand and walk for full shifts.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work with products.
• Customer interaction and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Online Shopping Department and associates.
• Lead department to achieve sales, profit and customer experience goals.
• Supervise staffing, training, and compliance with company priorities.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper product handling standards.
• Interact with customers to provide excellent service.
