ShopRite of Delran in Delran, NJ is seeking an Online Shopping Manager to direct and supervise the Online Shopping Department and its associates to meet department goals in sales, profit, customer experience, and engagement.

Reporting to Store Manager and Assistant, you will guide training, lead initiatives, ensure safety and presentation standards, and use ShopRite service priorities to deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Online Shopping Department.
• Lead Associates to achieve department goals.
• Ensure customer experience and engagement.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on operations.
