Job summary

ShopRite of Bayonne is seeking an Online Shopping Manager to supervise the Online Shopping Department, driving sales, customer experience, and associate engagement. The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and computer skills, with the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a fast-paced store environment.

The position reports to the Store Manager and offers opportunities to lead a team, ensure safety compliance, and optimize department operations in alignment with ShopRite's

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to interact with Customers in a friendly and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Online Shopping Department to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience goals.
• Enforce Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency priorities in daily operations.
• Lead and engage Associates to meet department goals and provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Maintain proper stocking, labeling, pricing, and room presentation for online shopping products.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, safety procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with store management to optimize staffing and department performance.
