Job summary

ShopRite is seeking an Online Shopping Manager for the Inserra NJ location (Fair Lawn). The role oversees the Online Shopping Department, reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, with the goal of achieving sales, profit, and superior Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include supervising essential functions, leading associates, ensuring safety, presentation, and efficiency, and maintaining strong customer service standards across all activities in the department.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Online Shopping Department to meet goals for sales, profit, and customer experience.
• Lead and engage associates to achieve department objectives.
• Provide training and feedback to associates and ensure safety and compliance.
