Job summary

DOYOUCONVERT is seeking an Online Sales Consultant who will be the first contact for prospective buyers, turning interest into appointments for our Sales Team.

You will respond to email leads, manage inbound/outbound calls, and provide a warm, concierge-like experience to guide buyers toward meeting a Sales Consultant. This is a new role with growth opportunities across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales roles.
• Experience with CRM usage.
• Friendly, warm phone etiquette for a positive consumer experience.
• Online sales or real estate experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all email leads immediately.
• Handle inbound calls to generate appointments for the Sales Team (on-site or virtual).
• Make outbound calls to database leads to generate appointments.
• Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects to set appointments with the Onsite Sales Team.
• Establish yourself as a concierge to the buyer for a warm handoff to Sales Team or Rental Management.
• Provide a high-level overview of the lifestyle and benefits of owning a branded vacation residence.
• Use simple discovery questions to identify buyer's area of interest.
• Provide a world-class experience for buyers and their representatives.
