Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced sources.
• Ensure a positive experience to customers online, via chat or phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in the customer management database.
• Apply qualification skills to identify genuine leads with sales potential.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency).
• Generate monthly analysis of divisional website traffic and sources.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, products, plans and amenities.
• Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and outreach via phone, email, and mail.
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and distribution of materials to prospective clients.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all business interactions.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends; minimal overnight travel for training.
