Responsibilities include managing incoming online leads, setting appointments, maintaining CRM data, and producing regular sales reports. Proactive outreach via phone, email, and mail is expected, with occasional overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through on commitments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced sources.
• Convert qualified leads into onsite appointments with Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in the CRM database and generate reports.
• Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports and analyze website traffic.
• Coordinate outreach via phone, email, and mail to develop new opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, products, plans and amenities.
• Occasionally work overtime and weekends; minimal travel for training.
