Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for online orders efficiently.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, deliver and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, cleanliness.
• Adhere to laws and food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Load orders into customers' cars and update orders as needed.
• Follow policies to determine substitutions in case of out-of-stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
