Job summary

Kroger is hiring an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk/In-Store Grocery Shopper in Clarksburg, WV. You will select and gather products for customers' online orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars at pickup.

You will scan and bag orders, communicate substitutions, and ensure freshness and quality while following safety standards and company policies. The role requires customer service excellence and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to follow directions and meet policies.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete selection for on-line orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars for pick up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Identify and report discrepancies and issues to supervision.
