Job summary

Kroger in West Virginia is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to select and gather products for customers' online orders with an emphasis on freshness and quality, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills for counting and transactions.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Process coupons and payments for on-line orders.
• Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage return visits.
• Follow all policies and ensure order accuracy and cleanliness.
