Job summary

Kroger is hiring an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to assemble online orders with attention to freshness and quality. You will pick, bag, and prepare orders for pickup, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars while maintaining high standards of customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and follow food safety guidelines and store procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition/subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for online orders with freshness and quality.
• In-store shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Process coupons and payments; deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
