Job summary

Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk in Goshen, IN to efficiently assemble online orders with a focus on freshness and accuracy. You will process payments, communicate substitutions, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup, while delivering a positive shopping experience.

The role supports in-store e-Commerce operations, adheres to safety standards, and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' online orders with emphasis on freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
