Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently assemble customers' online orders with a focus on freshness and quality. You will process coupons, manage payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup, delivering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers' orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone, respond professionally.
• Retrieve each customer's order from staging locations and load into cars.
• Process the orders through the POS system.
• Follow policies to determine substitutions in the event of an out-of-stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to the e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify supervisor of items in need of repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a constructive manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues.
