Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
Responsibilities include meeting customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness; adhering to laws and food safety procedures; storing products in optimal conditions; ensuring order accuracy; and providing excellent customer service. The role involves using POS systems, managing substitutions, maintaining cleanliness, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and supporting new team members.
The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts cooperatively, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support customers with special needs. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform essential functions.
