Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. The team ensures orders are scanned, bagged, and compliant with standards, communicates substitutions or issues, and maintains order accuracy and cleanliness. They also follow safety and legal guidelines, respond professionally to customer communications, and support training and productivity standards. Candidates should work well under pressure, manage conflict reasonably, act with integrity, and support customers with special needs.
