Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The team scans and bags items while adhering to bagging standards, communicates substitutions or issues to customers, and ensures order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include retrieving orders, ensuring freshness, following safety and legal guidelines, and maintaining organization. The role requires professional communication, equipment inspection, and support in training new team members. Must meet productivity standards, work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts calmly, act with integrity, follow directions, and support customers with special needs.
