Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse, stocking, or as a cashier

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently and with attention to quality.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues at pick-up.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and legal standards.
• Store and manage products properly, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Respond professionally to customer calls.
• Ensure order accuracy and proper staging.
• Follow policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Report discrepancies or equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Salary Range: $19.25 - $25.35 per hour.
