Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety and food handling standards, managing temperature zones, following directions, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting discrepancies or equipment issues. The role also involves supporting new team members, meeting productivity standards, and working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate manages conflicts professionally, acts with honesty and integrity, and can perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
