Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality, store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts constructively.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
