Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars at pickup. They scan and bag items, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers. The role requires ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, following safety and legal guidelines, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing equipment, training new team members, and adhering to productivity standards. The position requires the ability to work in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and support customers with special needs.
