Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues during pickup.
3. Ensure quality and freshness of all items, storing products in appropriate temperature zones.
4. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
5. Accurately retrieve, load, and deliver orders to customers' vehicles, ensuring order accuracy.
6. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
7. Process transactions through the POS system and handle substitutions when necessary.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
9. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
10. Assist in training new team members and support team productivity.
11. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
12. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
13. Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business confidentiality.
14. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
