Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or exceptions at pick-up.
3. Ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage of items.
4. Follow all food safety procedures, laws, and company guidelines.
5. Retrieve, verify, and load customer orders into their vehicles, ensuring accuracy.
6. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
7. Operate POS systems and follow policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items.
8. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors.
9. Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
10. Meet or exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
11. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
12. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
13. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
