Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection processes for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all food safety laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items, store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone, respond promptly.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards, work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, and manage conflicts professionally.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
