Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders following standards while on the go.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in optimal conditions, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide a positive shopping experience to encourage repeat business.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflict professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
