Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and freshness.
Responsibilities include following all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines, maintaining cleanliness, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and assisting in training new team members. The role requires the ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
