Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues with customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and following all safety and legal guidelines are essential. You will also assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. The role requires honesty, integrity, and the ability to manage conflicts professionally, with or without reasonable accommodations.
