Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company policies, including food safety procedures.
• Inspect equipment and report issues, perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
