Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. Responsibilities include scanning and bagging while following standards, communicating substitutions, ensuring quality, and maintaining organization and cleanliness.

Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness. Follow all safety and legal guidelines. Ensure order accuracy and proper storage. Communicate professionally with customers via phone. Load orders into cars, process transactions, and handle substitutions as needed. Maintain equipment and staging areas, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members.

Must work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with honesty and integrity, and following directions. Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
