Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The online grocery pick-up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, ensure order accuracy, and communicate with customers about substitutions or issues.
Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, following safety and food handling procedures, managing order staging, and ensuring quality and freshness. The role requires effective communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training and supervision support are provided, and adherence to policies and legal requirements is mandatory.
