Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag items, adhere to bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers. Maintain order accuracy, ensure product quality, and provide a positive shopping experience. Follow all safety, food, and legal guidelines, and perform opening and closing procedures. Support training new team members and meet productivity standards. Must work well under pressure, manage conflicts calmly, and act with integrity. Ability to support customers, including minors, seniors, and those with special needs, is essential. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform job functions.
